What is the minimum length of lease on your units?

We aim to be flexible about the length of lease and therefore all of our leases come with a reasonable break clause.

Are bills included in rent costs?

For our units, no bills are included in the rental costs. Our electricity runs on sub-meters for each individual unit, and we will send you a bill for the units used. 

Would a tenant be liable for business rates?

Yes. But the majority of our units currently qualify for small business rate relief, meaning that most of our tenants do not pay any business rates.

Can I store things outside of my unit?

Unless agreed in the tenancy lease, we are not able to permit storage outside of the units. This includes the leaving of vehicles overnight. 

Is there parking onsite?

There is plenty of parking available onsite. Our parking is daytime only - strictly no overnight parking. 

What is the internet speed on your site?

We believe we have very good internet capacity, with fibre to premises providing high speed uploading and downloading to all units.

Is there access for articulated lorries?

Yes. We have easy access for articulated lorries with plenty of space for manoeuvring, unloading and parking. Parking is strictly daytime only.
